We are looking for an engaged Telecaller to boost sales by reaching out to current and possible clients.
To be successful as a telecaller, you should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals to purchase our offerings. A remarkable Telecaller will suggest ways in which clients’ feedback can be utilized to improve our services.
Responsibilities
Research over Internet & relevant websites to find & Identify new leads, prepare database & manage the same Contact potential or existing customers via telephone / email to inform them about our products or services using scripts Answer questions about products or the company Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Enter and update customer information in the database Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information Cold Calling Lead Generation
Requirements
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Excellent knowledge of English (Hindi advantage) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
