Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects from execution to completion. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining project timelines, and adhering to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day execution of interior fit-out works at project sites.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors.
• Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the scheduled timeline.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify any quality or execution issues.
• Verify measurements before execution and maintain accuracy during installation.
• Ensure proper use of materials and minimize wastage.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
• Coordinate material deliveries and ensure availability at the site.
• Resolve on-site issues and coordinate with clients, consultants, and architects when required.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and maintain a clean site environment.
• Monitor labour attendance, productivity, and discipline.
• Assist in project handover, snag rectification, and final quality checks.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior fit-out, residential, commercial, or office projects.
• Experience supervising modular furniture, false ceilings, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution.
• Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings and BOQs.
• Good understanding of site measurements and construction practices.
• Excellent leadership and team coordination skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and project documentation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with premium residential or commercial interior projects.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures.
• Familiarity with project scheduling and resource planning.
• Basic understanding of billing and measurement sheets.
