Summit Heights is seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Sales Executives to join our team for our premier LDA-approved 10-story high-rise project, Summit Heights. In this role, you will be responsible for presenting and selling high-end corporate offices, retail showrooms, and luxury apartments for sale in Lahore, focusing on investors looking for apartments on easy installments Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, contact, and pitch Summit Heights’ premium residential and commercial inventory to potential buyers and investors.
Present the project’s key selling points, including its LDA approval, prime location on Main Raiwind Road, automated features, and flexible 4.5-year installment plan.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients and overseas Pakistanis.
Conduct site visits, guide clients through the structural layout, and close sales deals effectively.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of proven sales experience in the Lahore real estate market (high-rise/vertical project experience is a major plus).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven personality.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and CRM tools is preferred.
