Job Purpose:

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-centric Operations Executive to manage and streamline our premium airport transit services. The ideal candidate will ensure that from the absolute moment global travelers land, their experience with our premier car rental islamabad airport network is completely seamless, safe, and world-class.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Handover Management: Coordinate and facilitate smooth vehicle handovers between local fleet operators and arriving corporate or international clients at the airport.

• Booking Supervision: Utilize our advanced booking tech and automated reservation layers to track flights, manage delays, and ensure on-time vehicle availability.

• Customer Relations: Provide exceptional end-to-end support, ensuring 100% price transparency and addressing client queries regarding their bookings.

• Quality Assurance: Verify that all fleet vehicles arriving at the airport terminal meet our strict safety, cleanliness, and fully-vetted quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu (handling international clients is a big part of the role).

• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of digital applications, automated reservation platforms, or CRM tools.

• Prior experience in the car rental industry, travel-tech sector, or hospitality industry at major transit hubs is highly preferred.

• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends or late hours aligned with flight schedules.
