Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and proactive AI Automation Agent to design, build, and manage AI-driven automation solutions for clients across various industries. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, and business process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI automation workflows using platforms such as Make (Integromat), Zapier, n8n, and similar tools.
• Integrate AI models and APIs into business processes.
• Automate lead generation, CRM management, customer support, and operational workflows.
• Design end-to-end automation systems that improve productivity and reduce manual work.
• Connect third-party applications through APIs and webhooks.
• Create AI-powered chatbots and virtual assistants.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation workflows.
• Document automation processes and provide implementation support.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in AI automation and workflow development.
• Strong knowledge of Make, Zapier, n8n, or similar automation platforms.
• Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, OpenAI API, or other LLMs.
• Understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
• Basic knowledge of databases and CRM systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Python or JavaScript.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI agent development.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with automation for marketing, sales, customer support, or business operations.
