Job Title: Accountant
Department: Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Handle sales, purchase, expense and payment entries.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, ledgers and bank reconciliation.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Perform regular bank and cash reconciliation.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers and internal departments regarding payments and accounts.
• Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Monitor expenses and identify discrepancies in financial transactions.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting data and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Assist senior management/finance team during audit and financial reviews.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
