JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Karaikudi Tamilnadu Experience: Min 2-6years Open Positions: 9
JOB SUMMARY
Working with Product Management to fully understand requirements and user experience/interface changes
Working with the team to understand the technical implementation of work items
The building, maintaining and improving the existing framework, test harness, and processes
Tracking, reporting and verifying defects to ensure that issues are resolved promptly
Working with Engineering Management to improve the testing process
Ability to identify operational opportunities for improvement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to operate within a team environment, multitasking and prioritizing work across supported clients
Use appropriate mannerisms behavior when interacting with client groups and or end-users
Escalate conflicts in a timely manner to appropriate personnel Mentor and coach others
Participate and lead in analyze operational opportunities for improvement and present findings and recommendations to the appropriate teams for action Identify barriers to effective teamwork
Follow written and verbal instructions from product management and leads.
Archive all test documentation as directed.
Always to focus on quality with continuous integration and deployment
To create testing strategies to improve the design
Be a core member of a close-knit software engineering team
Provide daily and weekly status reporting.

REQUIREMENTS
BE MCA or any computer degree graduates (Freshers OK)
At least 2 years experience in the field will be an extra qualification
Have to get along with and can communicate complex technical issues
Collaborate with our Ops, Marketing and Client Services teams to design, implement, build and maintain our services and applications
