You have a passion for learning new technologies and can pickup new technologies quickly.If you have these traits and are excited about making a big impact inthe game industry, we’re looking for you!Key responsibilities include: Drive the architecture and technology choices that enable world-classonline games Design, implement and operate highly-scalable, highly-available andsecure gaming services Mentor other junior engineers on the team on code quality Actively participate in design and code reviews Be a champion for operational excellence: Insist on the higheststandards and write service code that helps continuously improveavailability and reliability of our service Have fun working on ground breaking technology with people just aspassionate about their work as you!BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) experience 4+ years experience of developing production software systems Experience of taking product requirements and developing softwarearchitectures and designs to bring them to life Proficiency in computer science fundamentals – data structures,algorithms and OO design Strong Java programming experiencePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & bestpractices for the full software development life cycle, including codingstandards, code reviews, source control management, build processes,testing, and operations Game industry experience or knowledge AWS experience – provided by Dice AWS, COMPUTER SCIENCE, DEGREE, JAVA, OO, SOFTWARE ENGINEERING
