A WAD(wealthsurance distributor advisor) needs to achieve the defined criteria to progress to become an Agency Leader/Team leader and to progress at higher levels of leader in his/her career path

An Agency Leader (AL/SAL/GAL) will be eligible for performance based fixed as well as

variable payout as listed below:

1. Basic Salary

2. Monthly Active NLA Allowance

3. Monthly Production Bonus

4. Monthly Advisor Activation Allowance

5. Indirect Team QPB for SAL/GAL (Indirect Team L1 & L2 – Quarterly)

6. Self Sourced business payout
