3rd Line Engineer | Nottingham based | 180 p/day Your new company This is a large NHS organisation. My client are looking for acontractor. They are looking to pay 180.00 Per Day inside IR35. Your new role To provide third line support. Managing server and network performanceby monitoring and maintaining. Make sure SLAs are met. Assist with theinstallation of integrated IT equipment and systems. Support senior 3rdline engineers to investigate software, firmware and hardwarespecifications. Supporting the management, maintenance and diagnostictasks. Carry out maintenance tasks on equipment, systems to keepservices in good order. Assisting in planning outages, server or networkupgrades and migration. Participating on the on call rota. Providespecialist advice to staff within IT and management. Investigations ofoperational problems, provide suggestions and recommendations toimprove, resolve any issues. Follow best practices such as ITIL.Ensuring IT protocols are maintained. Perform any duties as may bedirected by the manager. What you’ll need to succeed – IT Degree, MCSA, CISCO, CCNA, – 3 Years’ Experience in 3rd line. – Microsoft Server 2008/2012/2016. Windows 7/8/XP – Microsoft SQL – Microsoft Exchange – VMware – Active Directory – Network Administration – VLANs, WAN, LAN. – Ability to work unsupervised and to prioritise workload. – Own Transport What you’ll get in return 180.00 Per Day inside IR35.
