Job Summary The main responsibility of the Account Assistant is to Provide financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data; preparing income expense reports. Calculating the Profit margins. Responsibilities and Duties
Maintaining books of Accountants.
Preparing monthly Receipt & Payment statement
Preparing the daily income/sales report and daily journal entries
Preparing the monthly balance sheet
Keeping the record of vouchers/bills/petty cash in register
Filing the paperwork
Making requisition for next month (Planning for Next Month)
Preparing Balance sheet & Profit & Loss A/c
Assisting the Monthly & annual financial audit and preparation of tax return work papers
Qualifications and Skills Qualification
Should have Bachelors’ Degree in Commerce.
Proficiency in Tally 9 & Excel.
Knowledge of taxation.
Accounting experience minimum 2 years.
